Pola warna tubuh varian abu-abu merah muda hingga putih. Babi muda lahir dengan belang pucat yang memudar. Ukuran tubuh bervariasi tergantung makanan. Betina memiliki lima pasang mammae. Jejak kaki bundar dan simetris, sering berkubang dalam lumpur. Terkadang terdengar dengusan atau suara kunyahan keras<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Habitat <\/strong>: Di Pulau Kalimantan, Sus barbatus tersebar luas dan tercatat di seluruh kawasan, termasuk beberapa pulau di lepas pantai. Babi Berjenggot tersebar di berbagai habitat, termasuk hutan, lahan basah, dan pantai hingga ketinggian 2.000 m dpl. Mereka melakukan migrasi malam dari bukit ke hutan nipah di pantai Kalimantan.
