Sirip adiposa panjang yang terpisah dari pangkal sirip punggung dengan jumlah lebih dari 40 rak insang pada lengan bawah lengkung pertama (Rainboth 1996)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Habitat <\/strong>: Spesies ini ditemukan di aliran sungai dataran rendah dan gambut (Vidthayanon 2002). Ikan dewasa terdapat di sungai-sungai besar. Memakan larva serangga dan zooplankton<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<br \/>\n<strong>Sebaran <\/strong>: Spesies ini dikenal dari drainase Ciujung ke arah timur hingga drainase Kali Brantas di Jawa, dan Drainase Way Sekampung di Sumatera bagian selatan (Ng 2002).
