Nama
: Bloma; jambu-jambuan.
Deskripsi : Pohon. Batang kemerahan sampai keabu-abuan. Ranting coklat-kehitaman saat kering, percabangan putih keabu-abuan. Daun tunggal, berhadapan, menjangat; tangkai daun 1−1.2 cm; menjorong sampai membundar telur-jorong; pangkal daun menumpul atau membundar; ujung daun meruncing, dengan sedikit bertaring (1−1.5 cm); tepi daun mengutuh; permukaan daun halus, hijau terang; pertulangan daun sekunder rapat, sedikit tenggelam. Perbungaan tandan berbatas, terminal, bercabang-3, kuntum bunga banyak. Bunga biseksual, kuncup bunga menavokad atau bundar telur sungsang-lonjong; hympatium mengerucut sungsang; daun kelopak bercuping semi-bundar, pendek; daun mahkota jelas, bundar telur; benang sari 5−7 mm; panjang putik 6−7 mm. Buah jorong, permukaan berkerut, putih kehijauan.
Ekologi : Persebaran alami dari wilayah Cina bagian Tenggara, Filipina, Indonesia (Sumatra, Jawa, Kalimantan, Sunda Kecil), Kamboja, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Thailand, dan Vietnam. Pada umumnya tumbuh pada ekosistem dataran rendah seperti hutan primer dan sekunder. Tumbuh pada hutan lahan kering dan lahan basah seperti di ekosistem lahan basah Mesangat-Suwi.
Kegunaan : Kayu berpotensi dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan kayu bakar. Referensi: Chen & Craven, 2007; Muklis et al., 2018.

IUCN Red List Status
The International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN), or in Indonesian, Serikat Internasional Untuk Pelestarian Alam, makes decisions to determine the conservation status of a species or plant. The current categories of the IUCN Red List criteria include extinct (EX), extinct in the wild (EW), critically endangered (CR), endangered (EN), vulnerable (VU), near threatened (NT), least concern (LC), data deficient (DD), and not evaluated (NE).
The CITES List Status
CITES (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species) , aims to restrict countries from trading protected flora and fauna or those with extremely limited numbers. The CITES status consists of appendices (attachments) numbered I-III. Appendix I is a list of flora and fauna that absolutely cannot be traded because they are critically endangered. Appendix II is a list of flora and fauna that can be traded, but their numbers are limited. Meanwhile, Appendix III is a list of flora and fauna that can be traded because they are abundant in one country but limited in another.
